About Diagramium
Diagramium is a free diagram editor with 25 tools — from sequence diagrams, flowcharts and org charts to mind maps, timelines, architecture and threat models — made for developers, product managers, educators, analysts, adult learners and support teams. It runs entirely in your browser: draw by dragging, or type Alice->Bob: Hello in the sequence tool and watch the diagram appear.
For adults only. Diagramium is available only to people aged 18 or older — every feature, with or without an account. See the Terms of Use.
Local-first by design. No account is required — sign-in is strictly optional. Your diagrams live in your browser and in the files you choose to export; they are never uploaded.

Privacy at a glance
This is a summary. The full Privacy Policy governs — it also covers everything stored in your browser and every service provider we use.
Who we are. Diagramium ("we"), a product of DhuRee Labs Inc., is operated from Ontario, Canada and follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Your diagrams stay on your device. They are stored in your browser and in files you export yourself, and are never uploaded to us. Clearing your browser's site data deletes them, so keep backups of important work.
Narration and recording. Presentations are read aloud by a voice that runs on your device — the app only ever picks on-device voices, and stays silent if your browser has none — and a recording is captured and saved by your own browser; we receive neither. Some browsers also offer cloud voices, which speak by sending the text to Google or Microsoft: those sit last in the voice list, labelled, and speak only if you choose one yourself.
What does reach us. The app sets no cookies and uses no advertising or third-party analytics. We record one thing: an anonymous count that a ready-made diagram was opened, played, liked or shared, and how long its playback ran — no account identifier, no session id, and never what you search for. The totals are the numbers shown on each diagram's tile; they describe the diagram, not you. Our servers and hosting see standard technical logs (IP address, browser type); the sign-in software is served from Diagramium's own website.
18 or older. Diagramium is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18 — including the accountless editor and the ready-made diagrams. We do not knowingly collect personal information through an account from anyone under 18; report a suspected underage account to admin@dhureelabs.com.
If you sign in (optional, via Google) we store your name, email address, avatar, your favourites and likes, and a record that you accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (the versions accepted and when — your own declaration, not age verification; Google sign-in only identifies you). Every account is the same free account. Google may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Your rights. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data at admin@dhureelabs.com, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Terms at a glance

- 18 or older only. You must be at least 18 years old to use Diagramium — the accountless editor, the ready-made diagrams, Explain mode and accounts alike — even with a parent's, guardian's, teacher's or school's permission or supervision.
- Your content is yours. You own the diagrams you create, and you may use your exports — including ones built from our templates — for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial.
- Our content is ours. The app, brand, templates, narration and artwork belong to DhuRee Labs Inc.; don't extract or redistribute them as standalone assets (see the Terms of Use, sections 7–8).
- Acceptable use. Don't use the app or our hosted services for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, and don't present exported diagrams as endorsed by us.
- No warranty. The app is provided "as is". Browser data can be cleared at any time — keep backups (Export → Project or Text). Nothing in the terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under Ontario law.
- Governing law. Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
About the example diagrams

They are starting points, not sources of truth. Every diagram in the gallery is an illustrative example, written to be opened, edited and made your own — not a reference work, a standard, or a statement of how any named organisation or system actually works.
- Simplified on purpose. Steps are collapsed, edge cases and error paths left out, figures rounded. An omission is not evidence that something does not exist.
- Not always current. Standards are revised and laws are amended; a diagram is a snapshot of when it was written, and some are drafted with AI assistance and then edited by a person.
- Not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, engineering, security or educational. Do not implement a security control or make a clinical, legal or safety decision from a diagram alone.
- Names are used nominatively. Any organisation, product or standard named is identified, not endorsed, and remains the property of its owner.
- What you publish is yours. Verify it against your own authoritative sources, and don't present it as ours or as endorsed by anyone named in it.

Accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.1 AA. Keyboard access to panels, dialogs and form controls; visible focus states; reduced-motion support; high-contrast text; captions and narration in Explain mode. Known limitation: drawing by dragging on the canvas is pointer-based — the Text editor tab is the keyboard alternative for the tools that support it.
