Open-Source and Third-Party Notices

In short: Diagramium includes open-source software and icon artwork created by others. Their licenses ask that their copyright and permission notices travel with the software, so this page reproduces those notices in full — including for libraries whose license headers are removed by our build tooling when the app is bundled. Nothing on this page changes what you own: your diagrams are yours (see the Terms of Use).

1. What this page is

This page collects the copyright and license notices for the third-party components included in the Diagramium service available on this website (the "Service"). Diagramium is operated by DhuRee Labs Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Ontario, Canada.

It exists for a load-bearing reason: the presenter engine that ships with the app (js/presenters.bundle.js) is built minified with license comments removed, so the notices required by the MIT and ISC licenses of the libraries inside it appear here, not in the bundled file. This page is the authoritative notice location for those components.

Read this page together with the Terms of Use — sections 7 and 8 of which state who owns what and what you may do with exports. This page is also maintained in the app's source tree as THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md; the page you are reading is its published form.

4. Icon collections bundled with the app

The app bundles curated icons from two third-party sets. Icons you place in a diagram are embedded in your document and travel with your exports, so the license terms below attach to the icon artwork wherever it ends up.

We do not bundle any third-party brand or product logos. Company and product names that appear in ready-made diagrams are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify the products they refer to; no affiliation or endorsement is implied, and including a name — or a logo you supply yourself — in a diagram grants no trademark rights (see the Terms of Use, sections 7–8).

5. Conditional entries — components not currently shipped

These items are named in our build tooling or plans but are not part of the Service today. If any of them ships, its notice will be added to this page before release.

Inter typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1). The Service does not currently distribute font files; it uses fonts already installed on your device. If the Inter Variable font file is bundled in the future, the SIL OFL 1.1 notice — reproduced below for reference — will apply, and the font's own copyright statement will be added here.
Vendor icon packs (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes). Build tooling for these packs exists but they are not built or deployed. Each carries its own license and trademark terms that would be added here before shipping.

6. Tools that make content we ship

These are not part of the app you run — no code or model file is delivered to your browser — but they produce material that ships inside our narrated tours, so we name them.

Kokoro-82M text-to-speech model. The narration audio in our narrated tours is generated by this model in our own build pipeline; no model file or code is delivered to your browser. The model is released under the Apache License, Version 2.0, and we credit the project as a courtesy. The voices are the stock voicepacks distributed with the model runtime we use (a packaged voices file); we have not verified a separate licence for the voicepack file distinct from that distribution, and we rely on the distribution's terms. Per the model project's documentation, the voices are not imitations of any identifiable person. Some tours instead use a third-party speech service, under that service's terms.
Image-generation software. The step illustrations and title covers in our narrated tours are produced with image-generation tools in the same build pipeline. The illustrations are produced using image-generation tools under terms that permit us to use and distribute the resulting material. We claim rights in our prompts, selection, editing, arrangement and combined presentation, and in the resulting illustrations only to the extent applicable law recognizes those rights. The Terms of Use (sections 7–8) explain the licence users receive to view and use these materials.

7. The Diagramium application itself

The Diagramium application itself is not covered by the third-party notices above. The license you receive to use it is set out in the Terms of Use, and our ownership position is in its sections 7 and 8. The presentation music and sound effects are generated by our own software; the landing photographs and presenter artwork were produced for Diagramium; and no third-party fonts, audio files or stock photography ship with the app.

8. Changes to this page

When we add, remove or upgrade a third-party component whose license requires notice, we update this page and its effective date before the change ships. The current version is always available on this page.
